Meet The Team

Erin Crown

MHS, PA-C

I am a Certified Physician Assistant, with a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Psychiatry, as well as the founder of True U. In 2014, I made the decision to found my first practice called, Oasis Lifecare, LLC, in an effort to fill a need in my community for accessible and reliable psychiatric and primary care services. As my passion for helping people grew, I began to notice gaps in clients’ ability to reach their full wellness potential due to confidence barriers related to physical appearance and performance. My ultimate goal for True U is to close that gap by offering a wide variety of evidence-based treatments that will help clients on their journey to feeling more confident, comfortable, and connected with their True selves.

Sarah Lewis

Aesthetician

I am a licensed aesthetician with an authentic passion for skincare and helping every client I see to feel their best. With advanced training in dermaplaning, microneedling, customized facials, stim peels, face & body waxing, as well as lash & brow services, I focus on creating results-driven treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs. My goal is to provide a relaxing, welcoming experience while delivering real, visible results. There is nothing more rewarding to me than to see my clients leave their services feeling more confident, refreshed, and glowy.

Larysa Khartonenka

I specialize in aesthetics nursing, with experience across a broad spectrum of clinical treatments, and a unique ability to blend science with artistry. I am passionate about helping my clients feel happier and more confident in their own skin. I am dedicated to guiding others on their journey to self-discovery and empowerment. I truly believe that authentic beauty is achieved through balance, and I work closely with every client to personalize their treatment plans to ensure results that look and feel natural in alignment with their unique goals.

Michelle Shippert

As a physician board-certified in Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine, I am trained to view the whole person before moving forward with treatment options. At True U, we recognize the potential psychological impacts that physical confidence barriers can have on an individual as life unfolds. Our technology is top-quality and treatments can be layered to help treat a wide range of client concerns, from treating symptoms of urinary incontinence following pregnancy or menopause to even addressing snoring. I’m excited to integrate the innovative care offered at True U with traditional treatment options to help clients finally find the relief they have been looking for.
